EspoCRM Facebook Leads brings the people who fill in your Facebook lead ad forms straight into your CRM. Instead of downloading spreadsheets from Facebook and copying contacts by hand, every form response becomes a ready-to-work Lead or Contact in your CRM.

You decide how each Facebook form question lands in CRM, which User picks the lead up, and whether to sync automatically on a schedule or manually on demand, and a running history shows you what was synced and when.

Step 1. Connect Your Facebook Account
Enter your Facebook App ID, App Secret, and access token, then check the connection status.

Step 2. Pick the Page to Use
Fetch the Facebook pages linked to your app and select the one you want to work with. Confirm your choice and the account shows as connected.

Step 3. Bring In Your Lead Forms
Click Fetch Lead Forms to load the active lead forms from your Facebook page. The page details for quick reference.

Step 4. Set Up the Lead Form
Map each Facebook form question to a CRM field, pick the assignUser, choose lead or contact, and turn on auto-sync. Then click Fetch Leads to import the responses.

Step 5. Track Every Sync
The Sync History panel lists each run with its type, how many leads were created or skipped, and whether it succeeded.

Step 6. Leads Ready in CRM
Contact name, email, phone, and other mapped answers land on the lead automatically. Anything you did not map is kept under Description.

Step 7. Full Facebook Lead Details
A dedicated panel shows the Facebook lead ID, the form it came from, submission time, organic and the complete original response for reference.
